Unlock terms
A verified payment may unlock only the access mapped to confirmed system-credit rules for a published listing. Until those rules and the payment configuration are verified, no checkout is created and no credit, subscription entitlement, or asset access is granted. Existing reciprocal exchange files keep their current release rules.
